Churchview Garden Homes is a collaboration between Pivotal Housing Partners and Peoria Opportunities Foundation. The development is comprised of 47 units of affordable housing that will be located across three residential blocks in Peoria’s Southside neighborhood. Churchview Garden Homes will be located next to OSF’s St. Ann’s Garden of Hope. It is designed to offer a diverse range of housing options, including 16 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units, and 25 three-bedroom units. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2024.
