What We’ve Achieved

1. Developed New Hope Apartments, 84 units of permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless and disabled individuals.

2. Renovated 5 homes in the East Bluff Neighborhood and sold them to first time homebuyers.

3. Assisted 6 additional first time homebuyers in the purchase of new homes in the East Bluff. The homes were built with funding from the Illinois Attorney General.

4. Partnered with Three Diamond Development to develop two senior housing projects- Diamond Senior Apartments in Princeton, IL and Diamond Senior Apartments in Peru, IL.

5. Developed 30 units of affordable housing in the East Bluff neighborhood. -East Bluff Homes was a Finalist in the Affordable Housing Finance Readers' Choice Award in the Family housing category.

6. Managed a “rent to own” program.

7. Responsible for installing 6 little free libraries throughout the East Bluff Neighborhood.
